The main phase of the course spans 45 days, during which you’ll dedicate about 20 minutes each day to focused breathing exercises. Additionally, you’ll receive short meditations, journaling prompts, and educational materials to complement your practice. These can be completed at your own pace, whenever they fit into your schedule.
